Evening meditation in Oslo

We do deep relaxation, sitting and walking meditation, and share experienceshaving cup of tea.

The evening is usually guided in Norwegian/English according to need. One day a month however, all instructions and all sharings are in Norwegian and one day a month all instructions and sharings are in English. Near full moon, we read the Five Mindfulness Trainings together. One Tuesday each month we focus on some topic to deepen our understanding.
