Floating clouds Mindfulness meditation, in Thich Nhat Hanh’s lineage (Vietnamese Zen).
Once a month we will meet on Zoom and speak English. Otherwise, guidance is given in Norwegian
and/or English as needed. At or near full moon, we read the Five Mindfulness Trainings. Once a
month we deepen our practice by focusing on a given topic.
