Introductory course – The Art of Mindful Living @ RZS

The course consists of three meetings, Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and Tuesday afternoon in Rinzai Zen Center, Grønlandsleiret 31.

Programme:
Friday 17.30 -19.30 (Please arrive before time, we are there from 17).
Saturday 11- 15
Tuesday 16.45 – 20.00 (break 17.30-18) (From 18 we join the ordinary Tuesday programme).

We will be doing deep relaxation, sitting meditation, walking meditation, sharing, and listen to a talk .
On Saturday we will have a shared lunch in silence. The purpose is to really enjoy our food before talking with each other.
On Saturday, please bring: Vegetarian food for a shared lunch. Any vegetable, bread, egg, or milk products or dishes. (If you have special needs, it’s fine to bring food for yourself only.)
Wear: comfortable clothing. There are changing rooms at the center.
We have cushions, stools, chairs, as well as mats and blankets.
Language: Norwegian/English depending on need.
Fee: 400 kr (towards the rent). If you can’t afford the fee, contact us to discuss a discount. The fee can be paid to the Dharmagruppa account 1254.05.03026, marked “kursavgift”, or via vipps #128440 Drivende skyer.
